Tacoma Defiance (2-11-4, 10 points) on Saturday earned a point on the road with a 1-1 draw at Austin Bold FC (5-5-5, 20 ponts). Justin Dhillon scored for the sixth time in his last seven games for the lone tally for Tacoma. Defiance snapped a two-game losing skid with the result and registered its second road point of the season. The club now has a two-week break before returning to the road for its next two matches.
Dhillon continued his strong stretch with a goal in the 37th minute to give Tacoma a 1-0 lead. He headed home a corner kick from Joel Rydstrand for his team-leading sixth goal of the season.
